What do you like best about OpenPhone? I like that I can keep my personal number separate from the business lines. The snippets is probably my favorite feature. What do you dislike about OpenPhone?

What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone is very easy to set up and use. Our company is able to better serve our clients. Each department is able to see calls and even read messages left by our clients with ease.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Love OpenPhone! Its so easy sending texts straight from your computer! I use the scheduling all the time - the main reason I got OpenPhone. I use emojis all the time in texts and I can use as many as I want without being charged extra. SO glad I found OpenPhone. You cant go wrong with it!

"Great value for the money"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? I like the ability to add team members without having to add multiple lines. Knowing the call was coming into open phone on my mobile was nice to know separate from my personal mobile calls. I also liked the ability to use the system on a laptop or desktop browser. I would recommend for those on a budget without the need for extensive features but need a singular number for their team.

This is the most deceptive company I've ever seen. I joined as a small business owner who's been struggling to not to get loan but get things running with my personal savings. This company charged me $156 for standard annual sub. I submitted FCC registration also for approximately $20 and some cents. I ended getting charged twice for that in the amount of $4, $15, $1.86 and another $17. most surprising of all is waking up and seeing a charge of $156 usd in my account. I've been contacting ...

"Bugs, slow customer service"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? The ability that my VA and myself could respond to clients through texts using one number. Having the option to use on desktop or mobile device. Out of office auto reply to clients.

"When it works, it's great..."
What do you like best about OpenPhone? I love being able to have a second line on my phone without the higher costs of another eSIM. Being able to port your number from a telco is another bonus.
