Company will cancel on you without even calling

TL;DR: This company will cancel your account with no advance notice on suspicion of you breaking rules that they do not have posted in their terms. We needed dispatching software ASAP. We filled out forms LAST WEEK to talk to someone on the sales team. We literally were sold on just the demo video. We weren't even interested in a sales presentation; it was just going to be "Yeah, thanks for calling. Here's my money." Apparently they make so much money that it takes a whole week to talk to ...

What do you like best about OpenPhone? We use OpenPhone for our primary business number. It was super easy to have our existing number transfered over and to add multiple people to the line. Very happy with the amount of options and services offered

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I appreciate the user friendly features of the OpenPhone app and that it has saved me from having a completly separate phone for business. I can conveniently make calls, text message, and listen/read voicemails all within the app.

"Great Service, easy to manage inbound calls"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Very clean and easy interface. Easy to delgate and make sure calls are handled appropriately and nothing falls through the cracks. We also turned on the IVR and built a really light weight robo-dialer screener which as cut down the number of spam calls we had been getting by 4 to 5 calls a day.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? UI is great and user friendly. I have used other similar apps but the whole system allows best working with team. best feature is to mark youself as away and this is missing in most other.
