"Intuitive interface, good signal for calls and texts, great customer service"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? The interface is really useful. I can use it almost like a CRM, keeping notes and organizing communication seperated by contacts so each conversation is easy to access. Also hit a few bumps with the authentication process while starting my business and customer service helped me fix all my communication issues.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? To receive, from my previous Canadian cell phone number, text messages and phone calls from people who doesn't have my new US cell phone #. It also allow my friends and family from Canada to reach me using my Canadian number without fees, since the plans in Canada most of the time doesn't cover calls to US numbers and if you buy a plan to include it, it is expensive. And the best part is they offer an outstanding customer service!

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Easy to setup and was able to get my number instantly. Porting of existing number took 3-5 buiness days as mentioned. Overall smooth experience and no issues so far!

Honest company
Honest company I have emailed to help desk asking to cancel my account as it wasn’t properly activated and I was impressed that they dealt with my concern so quickly. They have fully refunded me and I think it is very rare to find such an honest company these days.

"Excellent Customer Service"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? I have had a few glitches with the system but customer service has always responded quickly and have been very helpful with resolving the issue. I like the fact that customers don't have my personal number so I can keep business separate. I don't get the spam calls I get on my personal number. I like that the voicemails are transcribed for easy viewing. The calls are all recorded so I can go back and listen to any important calls.
