"Great Telephone / Text Comms Platform - Excellent Support and Service"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone works across WiFi and cellular broadband and is my goto for most calls. Much more business centric and flexible than calls on WhatsApp, Viber, Skype etc.

I signed up for the business plan but I ended up canceling it 7 Days later. The only factual, highly negative comment I can leave is that, for me, their chat support, which is basically the only support they offer, was terribly slow. I submitted a very important question and I didn't get an answer back until I believe the next day. They do not have any type of phone support. What do you like best about OpenPhone? All the functionality given for teams is amazing with centralized control, call recording and call history is a huge plus.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Open phone is easy to use and set up. Its integration across platforms and with Salesforce is very helpful. Lastly, the customer support is fast and really great as they’ll even send a quick video to show you exactly how to do it.
