Openphone has been great
Openphone isn't perfect. Overall for my business (ElementIQ) it works miles better than my old solution Line2 did. I have an office line that the team answers, a personal work line, and a toll free number. I was a Line2 customer for over 10 years - and it rarely evolved. Collaborative customer communications tool
OpenPhone has been a great tool for our Customer Success team to collaboratively support our users navigating our product. The ability to send screen shots and SMS has been helpful for our users and our team loves the Internal Thread function so we can pick up the conversation where the last CSR left off. The team at OP have been very helpful answering our questions when we have them

I’ve been using OpenPhone for a while now, and I’ve got to say, I love it far more than my phone, it's just so much better! And it was so easy to set it up. The app is super intuitive, and I love that I can handle everything from my phone or laptop without missing a beat. The integrations with Slack and HubSpot are cherries on the top—everything just works together so smoothly, and it’s made team communication a breeze. We've had a really good experience with Open Phone. Very easy to set-up, responsive customer service and the product is fairly intuitive to use. So thrilled to be able to offer staff that work remotely a "work" phone number so they don't need to share a personal cell/home phone number.

Perfect for call & text service facilities
I'm running a service center of 3D printers that I use Openphone as a tool to help our customers. This is an Amazing tool it makes texting super easy that we can use Ctril+C and Ctril+V to send a picture/screen shot for technical support instead of saving a picture locally first. It has "snippet" feature that we don't need to use a 3rd party tool to store FAQ templates.
