OpenPhone is great!!

I use OpenPhone for my house cleaning business and they've been very supportive and responsive overall. The app itself is very smooth and easy to use — way better than the alternatives like Nextiva and RingCentral (which I've used). Their reliability has gotten way better to a point that I can't remember the last time there's been downtime. Overall, I recommend OP wholeheartedly. Bang for buck and have the coolest little features that keep you on their platform.

Collaborative customer communications tool

OpenPhone has been a great tool for our Customer Success team to collaboratively support our users navigating our product. The ability to send screen shots and SMS has been helpful for our users and our team loves the Internal Thread function so we can pick up the conversation where the last CSR left off. The team at OP have been very helpful answering our questions when we have them

We've had a really good experience with Open Phone. Very easy to set-up, responsive customer service and the product is fairly intuitive to use. So thrilled to be able to offer staff that work remotely a "work" phone number so they don't need to share a personal cell/home phone number.

OpenPhone is everything we need for our business. It works every time and the ability to set up business hours is pretty neat.

Made my life so much easier!

I’ve been using OpenPhone for a while now, and I’ve got to say, I love it far more than my phone, it's just so much better! And it was so easy to set it up. The app is super intuitive, and I love that I can handle everything from my phone or laptop without missing a beat. The integrations with Slack and HubSpot are cherries on the top—everything just works together so smoothly, and it’s made team communication a breeze. Plus, the voicemail transcription is a nice touch, helping me stay on ...

Perfect for call & text service facilities

I'm running a service center of 3D printers that I use Openphone as a tool to help our customers. This is an Amazing tool it makes texting super easy that we can use Ctril+C and Ctril+V to send a picture/screen shot for technical support instead of saving a picture locally first. It has "snippet" feature that we don't need to use a 3rd party tool to store FAQ templates. It has the best monitoring recording functionality in my opinion for training purposes that all phone calls are ...

Contacting the customer service is easy

Contacting the customer service is easy Customer Service reps show interest in assisting to resolve issuers Resolving simple technical issues is not satisfactory and takes lots of time and communications, but as a customer I didn't feel a prompt tech. assistance.... but too much interst to help and sweet intentions to help Voice quqlity in some calls is excellent and in other calls is very bad and no quality at all. SMS service is not really available and it may take a mirachle to resolve ...
