What do you like best about OpenPhone? When it was working, the service was very good. The UI is clean and stable, whether on iOS, the web, Android, Windows or MacOS. The call quality is very near parity with regular cell service and text messages might even be faster than straight cell phone text messaging. I believe it's great mix of base features at a good price.

I like the ability to integrate OpenPhone with a variety of service providers such as, HubSpot to track marketing and call logs and updates about potential client interaction. I also like the ease of use of their interface for quick updates for our autoattendant, voicemail, and directory. Having the HUGE PROBLEM

Having the HUGE PROBLEM! No ability to deliver text for over 36 hours and support will not respond. Getting ready to switch have been using them for over 2 years and recommended. We have 10 lines completely useless! DO NOT USE OPENPHONE if you would like reliable service and actual customer service find another product.
