What do you like best about OpenPhone? I absolutely LOVE the new AI transcript summary feature. The service already has a built in recording option to record all phone calls but with the AI summary, I don't necessarily need to listen to each call as I can review the summary in less than 10 seconds to get the overall gist of the phone call. What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone has a good support team to provide services to their customers. For my technical questions, they have efficient feedback with good solutions.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Its hard to say anything at OpenPhone is better than the service. They have been great. But they are constantly adding features and functionality.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Honestly, I like that it just works. I moved from Nextiva and constantly didn't get calls to my pc and the calls were difficult for customers to hear. I contacted support once because I oculdn't add contact names and have them save correctly. They couldn't fix it. Openphone simply works and the layout is great.

"Much better than many alternatives"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Unlike our previous provider (Grasshopper) which was subject to a 1-2 second delay that they wouldnt explain, OpenPhone has excellent latency and a much, much better app than competitors. It also helps that the pricing is much better, too! We had zero issues porting our toll-free number and the voicemail system is very easy to use.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I love how easy it is to use the app. We have been using the app quite a lot due to the inflow of potential clients. The number of features the app has is incredible, there is so much you can do with the app! Jumping into the app, the ease of the integration of use was so simple and convenient.
