abused credit card without me knowing

I heard about it and wanted to test it, page said my credit card wouyld not be charged. I did not send or received one phonecall or whatever, and then $159 credit card billed, without any warning or so. I contacted support but no reply AT ALL. Isn't the law protecting clients to sneaky misleading procedures like this? I never gave my credit card credentials to subscribe for a yearly subscription?! Which US or EU can I report openphone, Hope somebody can tell me where to report this fraud, ...

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Don't like them AT ALL... wasted time and money to become subscriber. Now my business phone line which has been ported from another good carrier to Openphone (just because they offer slack integration) can not receive or send any SMS text to US numbers.
