"They can not send SMS Text to any US number and No response to support request"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? Don't like them AT ALL... wasted time and money to become subscriber. Now my business phone line which has been ported from another good carrier to Openphone (just because they offer slack integration) can not receive or send any SMS text to US numbers. What do you like best about OpenPhone? It is great to be able to schedule text messages so I don't forget to follow up with my clients! Also, to have the transcriptions after every phone call. It is very useful to know what other team members talk to shared customers.

Having a US number when doing business or selling your products/services to the US market, is extremely beneficial, especially if you're not based in the states. They make it super easy to create an account, and with their desktop and mobile apps, you can make and receive calls from anywhere.
