What do you like best about OpenPhone? I love that it makes a phone number without having to use my phone number. i also love that i can use my phone still and make this system mobile

Avoid OpenPhone at all costs

Avoid OpenPhone at all costs. Ultra poor service. Every Incoming call would not complete (As reported by every person who tried to called me). Calls did not go to voice mail either so the caller was left with the impression that my service was not working. Out going calls were dropped almost every single time. This went on for months and months. Then there is the ridiculous app that is unable to update or sync the contacts properly.

"Quality Customer Support via email!"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone is a cost effective way to have a business number for your company. It comes with a variety of uses to coordinate with staff. Integration is easy, simply upload the app. Once the app is uploaded, you can receive calls via your current cell phone. Customer support is great. I have always contacted them outside regular business hours and received prompt replies.

"Amazing Costumer Service"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The UI is very nicely designed and clear. The service works great, although I haven’t used others to compare. The price sounds great, and after my research, I found this one to be the best fit for my company. The best part is their customer service; they respond quickly and help you out even if you made a mistake.

"Smooth and easy experience - very user friendly."

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The best part about OpenPhone is that it can be used from our desktop using a headset, or on the go via our cell phone. I have access to my busines line from whereever I am so that I do not miss a call. Great service for text as well! The few times I had questions about set up, the support team was readily available and made the process very easy. I use open phone every day!

"Simplicity and Satisfaction"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? It is great to be able to schedule text messages so I don't forget to follow up with my clients! Also, to have the transcriptions after every phone call. It is very useful to know what other team members talk to shared customers.
