I started off using it for my personal use, quickly it evolved and spread to our customer success team to help triage customers' errors (they can text us and we outbound text too). It's great having a dedicated phone line, so that all calls, messages, and contact information is in one place. If for some reason I can't access my phone (like when my battery dies and I couldn't find the charger), I can log in from a computer instantly and operate without interruption. What do you like best about OpenPhone? The OpenPhone team is super proactive in taking user feedback and parlaying it into their app. I honestly hardly use my phone line right now but I keep the line because of the great features that keep getting added, especially automatic call recording.
