I run a marketing agency and We primarily use OpenPhone for client communication through text and it OpenPhone has been great for us to manage client contacts, update specific details, even the tags we add to each contact have been game changer for me and my staff.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone has so many amazing features that it's hard to pick one as the best. But I absolutely love the cross platform aspect of the software. Being able to seamlessly continue communicating between your macbook and phone makes my job so much easier. Also they have an amazing technical support team that is so easy to reach whenever needed.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone has an amazing, passionate, and quickly responsive team that worked with us to tailor their services to our needs. They also were always available to respond to our inquiries quickly and thoughtfully. The service was incredibly reliable and easy to use. We never had problems teaching our team how to use it, and it was able to support us sending a large volume of text messages and pictures.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I love that OpenPhone has multi party use in the core of its design. Being able to see who answered a call, who returned a message, transcribed voice messages, easy auto call recording - and more - all in one tab on my computer is a huge time saver and enabler for my team.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Its simple, effective, and fast. I use it mostly on mobile until recently. The desktop app is amazing. And the pricing is great. I'm really glad it has all the features anyone could need. As a long time user (Aug 2018), I've used them from simple app, to better app, to website, to desktop. They are clearly around to last and investing in the features everyone needs. It really has been an amazing experience and I'd recommend everyone to try this.
