"Rapid development, solid features, great support"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? I’ve been testing OpenPhone for a month or so now and have been extremely impressed. While the functionality can’t quite touch 3CX, the bang for your buck is impressive. In the short time I’ve been using and testing they have made multiple improvements, some even suggested by me. I will be using OpenPhone for my new businesses.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The ability to make and receive calls and texts from multiple devices. We have created rules for calls to be managed based on time of day, weekends etc.

Our favorite things about OpenPhone are we are able to see which tech responded to each customer, easily see phone calls that were made to each person, and this helps us manage our large customer base with ease. We love that we can add different numbers for different departments, but it's only one app and it's seamless to use.
