What do you like best about OpenPhone? So many things, but what works best for us is the ability to text, call and receive images from our customers plus the flexibility of being able to answer calls even if we aren't in our brick and mortar store.

"Good Sound Quality, Reliable and Great Customer Support"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? I have had no issues with sound quality or reliability. Pricing is good. Ability to pick from many phone number is in my area. I made a suggestion for a change to the voicemail email and they were receptive and implemented it within a day! No complaint with the service or company at all at this point. I use the service a little different than most, I use it to have a private line on a company provided mobile phone.

"It just works. And then you keep discovering new features they've added."
What do you like best about OpenPhone? It has been totally reliable while also very flexible. It really gets out of your way, so it's always nice when you do go back into settings and realize there are new features you didn't realize you've grown a need for, like voice menus.
