Excellent Customer CARE!

Just signed with OpenPhone. Had a few queries and Cedric, a Customer Service rep, came back almost immediately and quickly answered them. I had a further query that was also answered very quickly. Excellent customer service and ever much appreciate the help! Looking forward to my further interactions with open phone. 5***** so far !!!

Great experience. Have been using openphone since 2021. No issues so far. Great and prompt service. The concept has helped our business a lot. Features are always upgrading which is great.

Best app, guys! I love it. You can manage your business in LA while enjoying a beach in Israel. Great connection and signal. Nobody even noticed that you're 1,000th miles away.

I’ve been using OpenPhone since opening my business. Its ease of use and simple layout is great for anyone who needs a straightforward business phone solution. I started with just the basic features and as my business grew I started unlocking the power of OpenPhone by upgrading to the premium version. Support team is absolutely abysmal

Support team is absolutely abysmal. I reached out several times for technical assistance -- received an initial follow-up with questions and then silence. Still struggling with their subpar tech. Avoid getting started if you can.

User Friendly and Capable

The platform is very easy to use, offer us the flexibility we need and we enjoy having phone and sms history all in one place. We've noticed a few more dropped calls than our last service but that might be our internet connection too.

OpenPhone is great!!

I use OpenPhone for my house cleaning business and they've been very supportive and responsive overall. The app itself is very smooth and easy to use — way better than the alternatives like Nextiva and RingCentral (which I've used). Their reliability has gotten way better to a point that I can't remember the last time there's been downtime. Overall, I recommend OP wholeheartedly. Bang for buck and have the coolest little features that keep you on their platform.

Openphone has been great

Openphone isn't perfect. Overall for my business (ElementIQ) it works miles better than my old solution Line2 did. I have an office line that the team answers, a personal work line, and a toll free number. I was a Line2 customer for over 10 years - and it rarely evolved. I found OP a couple of years ago and the features and functionality of it from the Mac desktop app to the iOS app is great. The UX is also solid and I've referred a few clients who are happy with it.
