What do you like best about OpenPhone? You can use it everywhere. Web, mobile, desktop. It's so quick and easy to get it up and running too! Being able to restrict incoming calls to business hours removes the need for a second mobile phone or landline.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? How easy it was to get set up. Once I enrolled, I received emails every few days to walk me through important steps to take to get set up on my business phone. The instructions were easy to follow, and what I loved is that there was a live webinar I could join on getting started and to also ask questions if need be. What do you like best about OpenPhone? Customer service has been fantastic. Either via email or when needed, over the phone. Easy to get a hold of, good response time. Consistent answers. The same people help each time. No red-tape or complication. Simply, "let's get this job done for you." Appreciate the phone logue, ability to copy conversations into a pdf, all the available option in the entry level pkg, the ability to call/text from either laptop or mobile phone, and the app's ease of use.
