What do you like best about OpenPhone? Super easy to use and customer support is very responsive and helpful. A lot of features and is very easy to integrate and implement within your workflow.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The convinience is outstanding. They have a very fast and uncomplicated onboarding process. Due to it being so convinient I integrated it in my daily workflow. I had some self created issues that the support resolved quickly. They also have a vast varity of features I am still looking through (Webhooks, text messages, etc)!

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The ability for all team members to see messages with our clients and be able to interact is the best feature. We used to have it all funnelled through one person's phone and we consistently missed items.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Being a parts upplier from South Africa and with several suppliers from the USA makes communication much more effective thus reducing our delivery times and resulting in getting more orders from our clients.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The system is very user-friendly, easy to set up, and inexpensive for all of the features you get. Calls, texts, and contacts are organized well. I like the feature allowing calls to be recorded so they can be reviewed later. Calls can also be forwarded to a non-OpenPhone number, if needed. A phone app and desktop app are also available.
