"Great interface and customer service."

What do you like best about OpenPhone? OP is great because it allows users to mute themselves when they are away. It was easy to sign up for and the sales team was very helpful. I like how it can be used both on my mobile and desktop. The AI summaries of calls are great.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The ability for all team members to see messages with our clients and be able to interact is the best feature. We used to have it all funnelled through one person's phone and we consistently missed items.

"Convenient, Fast and great support"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The convinience is outstanding. They have a very fast and uncomplicated onboarding process. Due to it being so convinient I integrated it in my daily workflow. I had some self created issues that the support resolved quickly. They also have a vast varity of features I am still looking through (Webhooks, text messages, etc)!

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The system is very user-friendly, easy to set up, and inexpensive for all of the features you get. Calls, texts, and contacts are organized well. I like the feature allowing calls to be recorded so they can be reviewed later. Calls can also be forwarded to a non-OpenPhone number, if needed. A phone app and desktop app are also available. "A Great alternative to ring central."

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The UI is very user friendly. I really like the analytics feature that give us insight on the call made, time spent etc and the connectivity is really good.
