What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone has been a great experience as a software. Nowadays software has to be very easy to understand and work well. The team that built this made the basics of what a small business needs in a phone system.

Besides the simple UI, it seamlessly integrates with other tools that my business uses (Zapier, HubSpot etc.) and lets the entire team have visibility into conversations with contacts. Definitely recommend!

What do you like best about OpenPhone? ✅ Some apps only have the call feature but OpenPhone also has the text messaging feature which is convenient. ✅ There's a clear connection when calling other people, unlike other apps.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Great features, easy to set up, very good customer support and response. I researched several other phone service possibilities but OpenPhone came out on top. I needed to have a Canadian number after I moved to the US and OpenPhone offers everything I was looking for. OpenPhone kept me apprised by email while my service was being set up. I am still a new customer but so far I've been very pleased.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? It is effortless to use, I love the transcribed voicemails, and all conversations are in one thread. I love that I can set up office hours and automated responses when I miss calls. I also love that I can have multiple numbers and access them straight from my dashboard, that's an amazing feature!
