What do you like best about OpenPhone? Open Phone's dashboard has a simple to use interface. It seems built to enable multiple team members to communicate, follow-up, and reach out to contacts. Auto-replies based on different triggers (e.g. missed call or VM) is unique to open phone and sadly not offered by any other VOIP providers.

When someone fills a form on my website and they are added to my Freshsales CRM, a contact is automatically created in OpenPhone with their information.
