What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone is really working well as a second line specifically for my business. The customer service is exceptional! They are very responsive, and always check back in to make sure that your issue has been resolved.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? There are many things to love about OpenPhone. Something I like the most is that multiple users can operate the same number. It even logs who has responded to text messages so a coworker can pick up where you left off in texting customers or clients. Another great feature is the mini CRM. "Slick interface, great customer service, and solid feature set"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? Usability. The mobile and web app are both very easy to use. Finding clients we are working with is easy and it's great that calls and texts are all threaded together. Tagging the clients to their various properties is also very helpful and valuable. The best thing that you can say about product like this is that it just works. The reliability has always been there.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? A dashboard that allows you to see your team members and all your associated numbers. Killer mobile app. See voicemails and communications from each and every contact. Better than Google Voice when it comes to organization and has integration with many different platforms.

If i could rate these guys a 0 out of 5 i would! They are awful! They lied to us to onboard us and told us their product did multiple things which it did not. Now we are trying to port away they are making it insanely difficult to release our number! The whole experience has been awful. Yes the platform look pretty but it doesn't work. What do you like best about OpenPhone? Very easy to use, and pocket-friendly. Comes with a lot of features including text and calls. The best tool out there for cold-calling.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I like the ease of going back and forth to view and manage different numbers. I also love their support team - very prompt and communicative whenever I need something or have questions.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Customer service is extremely helpful and reply fast. I had an issue with my porting process and the staff emailed me directly without an automated message. That made me appreciate the company even more!
