"Great option. Great service. Great price."

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Long-time RingCentral customer here. RC was good, but they were so expensive. Open Phone has excellent customer service; they were fantastic at helping me port my number. Now that I'm with Open Phone I've noticed HOW MUCH EASIER it is to use this service. Excellent for small businesses.

"Solved a lot of problems for me"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? The fact that I can interact with clients through my laptop and avoid my phone is amazing. That way I can't be carried away with my phone and I can still multitask is amazing. Also I can see the analysis of calls and when is my busy time which helped me figure out on when is best to schedule an employee and be more efficient.

"CEO"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Desktop UI is very intuitive and simple. I use it all the time on my MacBook and the call quality is great. App is easy to use. Great for using as an office line or personal cell phone (like I do). Also ability to have multiple numbers so down the road I can have many numbers easily accessible.

"Customer Service is A+ and a better value than any other VOIP provider"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Ported my number over from Nextiva. Nextiva is known for being one of the best VOIP services and I've found that OpenPhone provides all the same features they do at a third of the price. Also, open phones app is much more intuitive and user friendly than Nextiva's. OpenPhone integrated with my current contacts so I can text anyone who's already in my contact list (unlike Nextiva). Overall really happy since I went from paying $35/mo to $10/mo yet have ...
