What do you like best about OpenPhone? I loved how simple it is and how powerful it can be at the same time. I love it. I always use the text message system, and I love there is an app so you can use it on the phone. The competitors have no chance against this app.

Good app, bad customer experience

The app is great and has many features, but customer support is horrible to deal with. Bulk contacts were deleted twice and pretty much called me the liar since no one else experienced this issue. After sending them a video of it happening I was told they would investigate. Wasted over a month in this plus paying this service that I can't even use. The time it takes to respond is slow and understandable since they are getting more people for support, but it really doesn't excuse providing ...

Allow users to pick a ring tone.

Great work. You guys need to develop a way to allow user settings to pick a ring tone for calls coming to the apps number.

This is the first time I had this problem with OpenPhone. When calling New Mexico, the calls were not going through properly and when I actually reached my clients they could not hear me.
