My experience with OpenPhone (although still new) has been fabulous thus far; reliable and really useful! Their customer service is excellent too; warm, caring, efficient, well informed. So far I’m super happy! I’ll update this review if anything changes but I don’t expect it to. The price is also very fair! We looked around and this had the best reviews and features for the price and what my partner and I were looking for.

Zero customer service, extremely buggy
Non existent customer service and Super buggy plattform. If you try to use this app get ready to experience all kinds of bugs, contacts info deleted multiple times, texts not going out or coming in, bad phone communication. Don't trust the 5 star reviews, you will end up switching to another provider, trust me

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Open Phone has given our staff the ability to have direct access to their clients outside of the salon. Is has streamlined our coummnication and freed up to time to focus on other business building items.

Very good business phone software
Very good business phone software. I like it because it has a simple and straightforward interface. And the app is nice as well it's very smooth and not clunky

As of 02/23/2022: This is seriously this is one of the better services and fairly priced IMO. However I have noticed the Caller ID or ANI not passing through into the toll free number configured on my account. However the non-toll free number on the same account (sharing virtually identical settings as the toll free number on my same account) does pass the callers phone number calling me. Will need to investigate further and revise my review as needed. The thing is my toll free number used ...

Easy and Reliable
I love OpenPhone. It is so easy to use and has a great feature set. It has been the perfect phone system in terms of features and price for our business. As we grow we know OpenPhone can grow with us. We highly recommend it.
