"Great business phone solution"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Love that every phone call has a summary that is organized into bullet points. The texting feature is great as well as it consolidates phone calls, text and voice mails per number so that you can easily reference previous communications.

"Great primary business phone for teams"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Having one phone number for everyone. We can all discuss the calls and texts and discuss before responding. If a colleague is on a call, I can even see they are still actively on the call.

I love how everything is integrated into my CRM so all texts, calls, voicemails, everything get's tracked, so I never forget something a client said, and no client can ever say they said something when they really didn't.
