"Best phone service for businesses"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? We were able to seamlessly port over our phone number from another service. Open phone made it really easy to import our contact list and easily manage all calls and conversations.

"Great option for a small, remote-only organization"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone is an excellent solution for my two-person, remote-work-only nonprofit. First, the customer service has been outstanding - quick response and thorough. The interface both on the desktop and iPhone apps is excellent. And even without the discount for nonprofits, the cost would fit nicely in most budgets.

"a must have for all small businesses"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? Being able to make and receive calls right in your browser. Being able to set operating hours and custom messages so your customers know you are open or closed when they call. Having a business phone number without needing an expensive phone or phone plan. I used to carry a second phone around for my business and that is no longer needed.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I've converted all 3 of my business to OpenPhone after using Grasshopper, MightyCall, RingCentral, Burner & Nextiva. The difference is features and forward-thinking design. OpenPhone has in-line voice-to-text in the chat thread, multi-tiered auto-responders, Customizable business hours, easy number portability, timely support responses, real-time monitoring of employee activity and....the list continues. "Amazing Customer Service"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? I had an issue confirming my phone number, OpenPhone reached out to see if I needed assistance and then put me in touch with tech support, who solved my problem and then even followed up to see if I was up and running. This is the best level of customer service I have seen from an app company. I would highly recommend OpenPhone. Oh and the phone service is excellent t as well.

"Excellent App!"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? I greatly appreciate the synchronization of the app between my phone and my laptop. Whenever I need to grab a file, I can just open the browser version and save it. This makes documentation much more fluid. I also like how it shows your phone number at the top (still haven't memorized mine, oops!)
