"OpenPhone is amazing"
What do you like best about OpenPhone? For a small business, OpenPhone checks so many boxes. The basic CRM functionality is very helpful. I love the web app, and the ability to tex from my computer.

UNACCEPTABLE jittery call quality EVERY time and support isn't helping
I joined OpenPHone literally to get a solution for my SMB for phone calling. What I got was a VoIP that relentlessly gives me horrible jitter, audio lag, static, and/or cutting in and out sound quality on ALL of my phone calls even when i am connected to high-speed Wifi (yes, I am taking screenshots and checking my speed test. I've been on more than one Wifi network as well as high-speed LTE and 5G when using OpenPhone. and every single time with the iOS app, It's causing me to resort to ...

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Like that the pricing is on point if your new business and or a small business that just needs a phone number that multi people can access calls and or messages. It's nice that it just works plus allows you to port in numbers as well.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? It's so easy to track what has been said between our customer service department and customers. We can also mark conversation and call in « Done » which helps us track what has been done.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? My favorite thing about open phone is the voice to text option and honestly how user friendly it is once its been set up. I had a team walk me through the initial steps and it really benefitted me and my company!

Great customer service
Great customer service. Customer experience focused-- always creating new features, good helpful communication. -Good phone service I switched over from another company and am much happier with OpenPhone!
