What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone allows our UK reps to make phone calls to our US clients. We're also able to record our calls and integrate with HubSpot, which is fantastic for our cold call coaching.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? It syncs across devices, so multiple employees can answer. You also can get multiple lines in the app to use as you need. Pretty easy to use interface that seems to get updates.

"Opens phone was very self intuitive , Simple, clear and calls rang smoothly with no delays."

What do you like best about OpenPhone? That we could follow up on cases that weren't resolved and we could leave internal comments so that the rest of the team could keep track and get all the detail necessary to eventually resolve and close the case.
