What do you like best about OpenPhone? Withouting even touching the features of OpenPhone, customer support. I never, ever have to wait. Real people with real emotions. I've had a handful of small issues that I created when starting the transition to OpenPhone, and they treated my small business like we were worth millions.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? I love the simplicity of the platform design and UX-wise since it doesn't translate to a lack of features. In fact, there's everything I would need from a business phone system, it's just well designed and organized and very easy to use.
