What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone has been nothing but excellent since I transferred over. I got to keep my # and gained much more functionally including CRM. This has helped my business scale and grow and is easy for me and my VAs to use!

"Love the porting"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Being able to port my current local phone number and being able to save over $100 per month on local phone access. I like the way the app forwards the phone calls directly to my cell phone like it is a normal phone call.

"Very good VoIP solution for Canadians"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? First, Openphone had great small business options for me to continue using a Canadian phone while living outside Canada. The plans are clear and the pricing is transparent and competitive. However, I was more impressed by the customer support. I went through several rounds of support requests before configuring the service to my liking. The support is over email, but prompt and effective.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? OpenPhone offers the ability to have a menu option for callers and can forward those calls to the appropriate person. We are an entirely virtual company with employees spread across the United States.

"Super smooth and responsive interface"

What do you like best about OpenPhone? It's super fast and easy to use. My favorite things are the automated texts. We've been a 1-person shop since starting our company this year (we only recently hired our 1st employee), so it meant a lot to us to be able to get conversations started with customers when we're not able to take their calls. Even if we miss a call, we get a lot of responses to our automated text that tells people we can chat over text or they can wait for a call.

What do you like best about OpenPhone? Having a local area code number is very helpful and being seen as local. The price is very affordable. The system is very reliable and customer service is excellent
