"OpenAsset has helped us get organized"
What do you like best about OpenAsset? Having all of our photos in one central location and being able to link to projects/project numbers in Deltek Vision; ensuring we are uploading to the correct project. We also love being able to key word and narrow down our search as much as needed. What do you dislike about OpenAsset? What do you like best about OpenAsset? As a professional services marketer, I've always struggled with file structures & finding assets at various firms. "Great way to organize images"
What do you like best about OpenAsset? OA makes it easy for us to organize our 25k+ images in a way that makes it easy to find what you're looking for. The search capability is great. We can find images based on project, keyword, service provided, type of image, and more. Photo albums are also a great way to group images based on other criteria. "The best DAM solution we've found after spending years stuggling with other industry standards."
What do you like best about OpenAsset? The user interface is intuitive and easy to train new users on. The admin interface is equally user friendly. The Vision connector is fantastic for connecting with Deltek and the software is supported by Synthesis developers. The support is the best I've encountered in 12 years of working with other DAM systems. BIM users love it. Retrieving assets at different resolutions is fast, as is sharing and editing albums.
