I dealt with Amir Elmahdy who walked me through the test and live environments of Opayo/SagePay. I deal with CSRs on a regualr basis but Amir was the best I ever spoke to. He was just brilliant, In-depth knowledge of product, Professional, Patient, Calm and helpful beyond words. A credit to your company.
