Michelle Toner - First class customer support

Michelle Toner was absolutely amazing. Personal, patient and knowledgeable. We have been having card payment issues with no real path to follow regarding where the issue lay. Simon was very easy to chat to and helped me solve the issues I was having and talk me through things step by step. He let me know that he was there until 8pm and just to ask for him for any queries or further help. This made it easier as to not talk to someone new and explain everything from scratch.
