You were the best customer support service I have experienced in years. I was having difficult time to get my payment gateway working. Probably the best customer support I've received

Think this was an example of the best customer support I have ever received. I had an issue, which involved several pieces of information needing to be changed/updated but only a limited time to do so (as I had received a request to change something in the system but I couldn't access it at all). I contacted the Opayo support desk and explained the situation to Tim Smith, Technical Support Advisor.
