Fantastic Customer Service

It was easy to get though at Elavon to talk to a person rather than having to go through layers of an automated service. The customer service advisor Gideon Essel has been amazing- he has gone above and beyond to help me. He has stayed on the phone with me while I have set things up and has takes me through things step by step. He remained very patient and helpful, even when I was stressed and frustrated.
