Great Service By Edyta Korbecka From Elavon Europe. My device wasn't connecting via Bluetooth and maybe needed to be returned for a replacement but Edyta tried her best to resolve the issue bypassing the replacement process. This made everything very easy so I can start taking payments same day other three waiting another week. Firstly a huge thank you to Chris Noon at Elavon for great customer service, patience and knowledge. Having tried a few different card machine companies I definitely got the best results from Elavon in terms of customer service, ease of set up and with them paying directly into our chosen business bank account. Stripe pay directly but didn't seem to have anyone to talk to and had some test option on their website setup they complicated things with a lot. Zettle we were happy with but now ...
