Great service from Lorna. She called me at 7pm on a Friday evening to thoroughly review transactions. She went into great detail about various aspects of the transactions and the MyOpayo interface and really helped me understand how it all worked and what the various icons meant.

I contacted Opayo in regards to having issues with an payment link, i spoke to Ahmed. He was very helpful in getting the issue resolved, he took his time and explained each step to me. I was able to get the issued fixed and felt very reassured. He was very kind and patient with me during the conversation.
