Muhammed the call handler was very courteous and walked me through the problem online, with ease. It was obvious he had a good working knowledge of the system and was very patient whilst we rectified the issue. 5 stars to Muhammed :)

Gideon Essel - very supportive

Gideon Essel was amazing . Very supportive and helpful through my whole application process . He was kind ,helpful and explained clearly when I was ready to give up jumping through hoops. He has also been great at nudging me without me feeling pressured into getting on with the application and supplied all the helpful information to activate my reader. Thank you .

Debbie Beattie is amazing

Debbie Beattie has been a breath of fresh air to work with. I work for one of Elavon's competitors and use the business for their alternative gateways and working with Debbie feels like I working with one of my own. The customer service is second to none and Debs doesn't hesitate in going the extra mile for myself and our customers. I am looking forward to continue working with Elavon mainly down to the service provided by Debbie :)

Excellent tech support

Despite a frustrating experience with the sales / account management team I had excellent support from their support / helpdesk. A guy called Alex went above and beyond to help and made what was a confusing issue seem very simple to solve
