3D Authentication Requirement

Called, got straight thru to Tim in Newcastle, explained my issue, and he was able to sort me out, knew exactly what to do, He was Brilliant, what i thought would be a long and exhausting process, was the complete reverse. I have high praise for Tim, very nice fella also. thanks
