Fantastic customer service
One of the best decision we made when we started to run the business was to sign up with Takepayments and thus with Elavon. I personally would preferan app where I can check all card transactions straight away, which is a bit hard, but after a year since we using this company- we never had any serious issue and if we did need help, someone was on the line or on the email who helped very quickly.
