The 5 Star customer service that I have come to expect from SagePay has carried over as they transition to their new name, Opayo. Great help from Charlotte. Quick to respond, competent, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Quick solution to my problem with no fuss. Very pleased. Opayo/Sagepay are not the cheapest but I'm realising that you're paying for great customer service.
