Setting up was very hard to do.

The initial setting up process was not straightforward and we had to contact the helpline several times. By the end of the day we gave up. The TestPay was even more difficult as the instructions were far too complicated. Will try again tomorrow.

Stuart at Customer Service was just was just brilliant!

Stuart at Customer Service was very patient and supportive to my set up on sagepay and guided me step by step as well as continue to support me when I did not understand.As someone that works in retail, customer service at a high standard is imperative, so when someone actually goes the extra mile for me with great service, I would very much like to sing their praises- thank you Stuart!
