We have just moved to Sagepay payment…
We have just moved to Sagepay payment gateway, so cannot comment on the actual service yet, but if the help I have just received from Gary Warriner is anything to go by, we are going to be very happy. He talked me totally through what I needed to do on the test platform, so we could go live. All questions were thoroughly dealt with. The only one thing I cannot understand is, You have a brand name of Sage that everyone recognizes and trusts, so why change it to Opayo, that no-one has heard of???

The service via the phone was superb
The service via the phone was superb, short (relatively) waiting time and proble solved straight away.The reason for the 4 rather than 5 stars is that with a little more guidance on the transaction site the problem would not have occurred in the first place!
