I recently made a phone call to Sage Pay to set up 3D secure on our new website. I was guided through the process by Rhys who could not have been more helpfull. He was very patient and knowlegeable.The reason I have not give 5 stars is that we have been the victim of a fraudulent transaction recently that could have been prevented by enabling 3D secure earlier. New to on-line trading we were unaware that this was not already enabled and this mght hve been expalined better to us initially.

Many businesses could learn from Opayo's approach to support.

While implementing Opayo on our website i had to call support a handful of times through the night to get ready for a launch the next day, on each call my rather technical questions regarding API calls, errors, quirks etc were all answered there and then without any messing about.Many businesses could learn from Opayo's approach to support.
