Well we've had an account with them for around 3 years now. Rates remain competitive though I expect I could get slightly cheaper but the small saving doesn't justify the aggro of doing so right now.There Tech support is decent but their carrier partners seem... Not a brilliant experience

Not sure if the contact form on their site works. I have sent 4 messages via the form during the last two weeks and not had a single answer. Was told to email support at sagepay.com but it just bounces back when I try.

In all the years I've dealt with them they have never been good.I need to phone their help desk several times to resolve problems, and each time I end up speaking to an incompetent buffoon who seems to make it up as they go along. I've only once spoken to a person who seemed to know what was going on.Rather than answering questions, they are now sending me URLs to pages on their website that are exactly the same pages that I'm questioning their lack to clarity about.Opayo's website help has ...
