Excellent support team, even in difficult times

Over the period between Christmas and New Years, I needed support on three occasions. In every instance, the support team answered instantly, was wonderfully helpful, and most of all humble. Where they needed to go enquire about an answer, they did, rather than fob me off like most companies do nowadays.As far as reliability, we've been using SagePay for about 8 years now and, as far as memory serves, have never been the point of failure when we've had any downtime for our checkout.

Terrible Support

Ongoing urgent problem with customer payments failing for over 6 weeks - still unresolved! Every time you contact support a different staff member replies and you are assigned a different Case Ref so they don't know the case history. This means you have to start explaining all over again. Shockingly poor service considering long standing customer and transaction volumes. Will look at alternatives.
