In September I have signed up for merchant payments with Opayo, I had 14 days to change my mind, which I eventually did in the 3rd day, as the cost was not sustainable for my company. Ever since, I keep receiving letters and emails from American Express and WorldPay about my merchant accounts, which were open by Opayo and should have been closed by Opayo. Specific issues arose due to a…
Specific issues arose due to a bereavement. Lorna, Opayo`s representative, handled the problems with compassion and the highest level of efficiency. At the end of the support call, each aspect of the quite complex issue had been fully dealt with. What could have been a major business disruption became a simple matter of making proper transitional arrangements. A true example of customer service.

Stuart King was excellent to deal with. We had problems with Bots spamming our website payment page. Stuart talked me through a solution. It was sorted within 25 minutes. Very Friendly and very helpful. A real credit! Thanks again.
