I have been using Opayo (formerly SagePay) for many years and I have always found their service very prompt and efficient anytime I have had to speak to them.I thought that I had a problem earlier, and so called for clarification on a transaction. My call was answered promptly and I spoke with Darren who was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient and assisted me in resolving the issue.I have no hesitation in recommending Opayo

Patient and excellent service

Great interaction with Sam,After a rocky start with Opayo to start and it taking a lot longer than originally indicated. Sam's patients and walk through the whole process was great.Now the system is up and running and linked within Sage 50 accounts which is what I wished for rather than the bolt on extras.Thank you very much
