We had an activation issue with regards to our sagepay login, I spoke to 3 customer service people, all friendly but unable to resolve my query. Then I dealt with Rebecca Swales, absolutely brilliant, she did exactly what she said she would do and had the matter sorted for us quickly. Superstar.

Keith was superb

Keith was superb. I've always had excellent support whenever i've called, however Keith sorted my problem out whilst staying on the telephone call, no callbacks or requests for a ticket, just sound advice and very courteous. Give that man a pay rise, he's a credit to your company.
