As we are new to Opayo
As we are new to Opayo, I did feel as though the questions I was asking were rather basic. However, Simon made me feel very much at ease and explained how it all works and I now feel confident in moving forward with payments. His attitude also makes me feel that Opayo will be at the end of the phone at any time should we encounter any further questions, with the appropriate answers.

Liam was helpful and polite
Liam was helpful and polite. The only criticism I have is the very long waiting time to get through to an advisor. Once connected to Liam however it was an excellent service.
