Excellent Service
My recent experience with Elavon was excellent. I spoke to an advisor Steven Hazlewood who was just brilliant. Starting up a new business with no experience of what I needed to purchase was a daunting task. Steven talked me through all the different options. He was patient and extremely helpful. Called helpline, which was a pleasant experience. Got through quickly (not on hold for hours as with some companies) to a friendly and helpful person. He explained clearly what I had to do and sent me a download to resolve the issue.
