Great expertise on hand at the end of the phone

I spoke to James this morning. His level of expertise was excellent. He talked me through how to sort out my issue myself and had me back up and running in no time. I might add that the problem was of my own making and not that of Opayo. It wasn't easy to sort but James made it uncomplicated with simple steps to follow. What excellent service on a Saturday morning!!
